Summary of Fees:

  1. General Service Fees (§G(1) and §2):
    Fees for standard services are specified in Section B of the TPA Agreement and Section 1 of the Plan Term Agreement.
  2. Late Information Fees (§G(2) and §G(3)):
    If the Sponsor and/or Trustee fail to provide the necessary information (such as W-2s, Schedule C, Schedule K-1, financial statements, etc.) required to prepare Form 5500 or calculate contributions, a fee of $200 per month will be charged until the required information is received. However, this fee will not be applied if the only missing documents are Schedule C and/or Schedule K-1.
  3. Invoice Payment Terms (§G(4) and §5):
  • Invoices for Form 5500 services are due within 30 days.
  • All other invoices are due within 15 days.
  • A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any unpaid invoices.
  1. Additional Fees for Specific Services:
  • Form 5558 Preparation (§G(7)): $150 if we need to file a Form 5558 after preparing Form 5500.
  • Overnight Mailing (§G(10)): $150 to reprint and overnight mail Form 5500.
  • Amendment Fees (§G(14) and §2(a)): $800 for amending the preparation and filing of Form 5500 and/or the contribution letter.
  • Storage Fees (§I(3)(a)): $100 per month until a termination agreement is signed.
  • Returned Check Fee (§J(6)): $75 for any returned check.
  • Declined Credit Card Fee (§J(6)): $1 fee for each declined credit card transaction.
  1. Deconversion and Termination Fees:
  • Document Transfer Fees (§3(a) - §3(d)):
    • $3,000 for the email or mailing of all documents for the prior three years.
    • $1,000 for the email or mailing of Form 5500 and its supporting documents for one specific calendar year.
    • $1,500 for TPA to speak with a new TPA to facilitate the transition.

Deconversion Fees: These apply only when transitioning to a new provider. If you have all the necessary forms and documents, there is no deconversion fee. If we need to resend information to a new provider, fees will apply as outlined above.

 

  • Storage Fees Until Termination Agreement is Signed (§I(3)(a)): $100 per month storage fee.
  • Upfront or Payment Requirement for Inactive Clients (§G(13)): If a client is deemed inactive, all invoices must be paid upfront. If client is suspended for late payment, then client must pay half of the invoice upfront.
  1. Extra Services (§G(11) and §4):
    Any additional services requested outside the standard scope of work will incur additional hourly or project-based fees.

Important Notes:

  • Deconversion Fees: These apply only when transitioning to a new provider. If you have all the necessary forms and documents, there is no deconversion fee. If we need to resend information to a new provider, fees will apply as outlined above.
  • Late Payment Penalties: A minimum late payment fee of 2% per month is applied to any unpaid invoices across all agreements.
